SMS Opt-In & Consent

Last updated July 6, 2026

This page documents how Aimtogro (operated by Courtright Collective LLC, Nashville, Tennessee) collects and records consent before sending SMS text messages. Aimtogro is the brand and website (aimtogro.com) for the messaging program described below. Every recipient affirmatively opts in before any recurring texts are sent. The opt-in methods are described in full, with verbatim consent language.

1. Website / in-app account-owner notifications

Account owners opt in from inside their own Aimtogro account, at Settings → Notifications. The flow is a self-initiated, double-step opt-in:

  1. The account owner enters their own mobile phone number.
  2. Directly above the action, an unchecked-by-default consent checkboxpresents the disclosure (shown verbatim below). The owner must actively check the box to agree — it is never pre-checked, and consent is never implied. The “Send code” button stays disabled until the box is checked.
  3. Only after the box is checked do we send a one-time 6-digit verification code by SMS: “Your Aimtogro verification code is 123456. Expires in 10 minutes.”
  4. The owner enters that code to confirm control of the number. Checking the box is the affirmative act of consent (recorded with the exact disclosure text and a timestamp); verifying the code confirms the number. Only numbers that are both consented and verified ever receive notification texts.

These are transactional, account-related messages the owner has selected — for example daily standups, overdue-invoice alerts, stale-quote reminders, goal check-ins, voicemail-lead alerts, and other proactive business alerts. A sample message looks like: “Aimtogro: Invoice #1042 is 5 days overdue. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

The unchecked-by-default consent checkbox sits above the phone field; the “Send code” button is disabled until the box is checked. Checking the box records consent and verifying the texted code confirms the number.

I agree to receive recurring automated SMS from Aimtogro — account alerts, reminders, and the notifications I select. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

2. Missed-call text reply — double opt-in (Reply YES)

Aimtogro account owners can provision a business phone number through the Service. When a consumer calls that business number and the call is missed, Aimtogro sends one text that acknowledges the missed call and asks the consumer to opt in. No recurring or automated messaging is enrolled at this point. The consumer is only enrolled after they affirmatively reply YES. The request reads (with the business’s name in place of [Business Name]):

Sorry we missed your call! Reply YES to get text updates from [Business Name] via Aimtogro. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

When the consumer replies YES (also accepted: Y, START), they are subscribed and receive this confirmation:

You're subscribed to texts from [Business Name] via Aimtogro. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

A consumer who replies with anything other than YES is not enrolled. Replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE / CANCEL) opts out and stops all messages; replying HELP returns the business name and a support contact.

3. Voice (IVR) opt-in — press 1

As an option the account owner can enable, an unanswered call is routed to a voice prompt that speaks the full consent disclosureand asks the caller to press 1. Pressing 1 is the affirmative act of consent; the caller is then sent the same SMS confirmation shown above. Callers who do not press 1 are not enrolled. The verbatim spoken script (with the business’s name in place of [Business Name]) is:

Sorry we missed you. To receive a text message so you can reach [Business Name], press 1. By pressing 1 you agree to receive recurring text messages from [Business Name] via Aimtogro. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
