Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aimtogro application and website (the “Service”), operated by Courtright Collective LLC (“Aimtogro,” “we,” “us”), Nashville, Tennessee. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you represent.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select. A 7-day free trial is available; you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current period unless required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited messages, or to violate any applicable law, carrier policy, or third-party rights. You are responsible for the content you generate and send through the Service and for obtaining any consents required to contact your own customers.
SMS / text messaging terms
The Service includes optional SMS features. By providing your mobile number and opting in within your account settings, you consent to receive text messages from Aimtogro related to your account and the features you enable.
- Program description: account alerts, reminders, verification codes, and notifications you select; and, where you enable them, messages the Service sends to your own customers on your behalf.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity and settings.
- Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- Opt out any time by replying STOP; you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
- Help: reply HELP or email support@courtrightco.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
When you use the Service to message your own customers, you represent that you have obtained the consent required by law and carrier rules to do so. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled — notably, opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Third-party connections
When you connect a third-party tool, your use of that tool remains subject to its own terms. You can disconnect any connection at any time.
Disclaimers
The Service provides software and AI-generated assistance and does not provide legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. AI output may contain errors; review it before relying on it. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Courtright Collective LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
